Here's my victory dance after two successful throws in a row at the cow-patty toss. Yahoo!
Then it was the chuck-chair heats. We were assigned to teams of four, and had to decorate rolly office chairs as a chuckwagon. Points for design elements, team jerseys, and 'corporate sponsorships.' We were 'The Storks,' as Gary's baby is officially due tomorrow. We threw it together at the last minute, so it's a few boxes decorated with leftover baby shower stuff.

And then getting seriously outpaced by the 'AK Banditos' chuckchair.
Sadly, we didn't win. Just never really recovered from that first rebound, and then we had problems switching drivers at the other end of the course. There were some serious design flaws with our chuckchair, as we had planned to go slowly and block everybody with the chuck-chair's width.

Definitely a flaw in the design, as compared to Team Road Runners (on the right). I think that's Team Rex's Riders on the left.
Next year, we'll have to focus on speed and maneuverability. Should have gone for speed. Speed! We needed speed!
