Busy!

It’s been so busy at work that I’ve yet to find the time to change my voicemail message – the one that talks about the holiday closure. The one that ended on Tuesday. It’s such a simple thing: just dial the voicemail number, push a few buttons, talk into the receiver. But things are so busy that it just would take too much darn time to do that.

Maybe tomorrow. But more likely Monday.

   Can’t we keep holiday closure in our hearts year round?

   I think we only have the option of setting our voicemail as either “away” or “out,” or we did before we moved to the new office and phones. Honestly, I find it best to only use my phone on rare occasion. Answering it just encourages people to call me on it.
